Approved MEI Calendar for the 2024/2025 School Year
MEI’s Christmas Break, Spring Break, and Professional Development Days align with the Abbotsford Public School District at the time of publishing*.
*Exception: The May Professional Development Day is scheduled for the Tuesday after the Victoria Day holiday instead of the Friday before, as has been our practice in support of Grade 7 Camp at our middle school.
Professional Development Days: 5
Staff Call Back Days: 2 (Aug. 28, 29)
Non-Instructional Days: 2 (Nov. 8, Jan. 31)
Parent Conferences: 1 (Oct. 25)
Summer Holidays: 9 weeks (June 28 to September 1)
Christmas Holidays: 2 weeks (Dec. 21 to Jan. 5)
Spring Break: 2 weeks (March 15 to March 30)
Note: The summary dates above were adjusted to align with the actual calendar on January 25, 2024.
