Staffing Announcement

  MEI Schools has hired Aileen Vildort as the Vice Principal of MEI Secondary effective August 1, 2026. Aileen was the unanimous choice of the Selection Committee and unanimously approved by the Board of Directors. From Vijay Manuel, Head of MEI Schools I am thrilled to welcome Aileen to the MEI Senior Lead Team in the role of Secondary Vice Principal. Aileen is an alumna of 1996 and has taught at MEI Secondary for the past 23 years; she bleeds blue and gold and is a faithful MEI Eagle! Aileen is an outstanding educator having taught French, English, Leadership, and Home Economics and is a highly respected leader through her work as Team Leader, Culture Liaison, and her volunteer work as the Administrative Director of Planting Life Haiti. Easter Message 2026

Did you know that every sin you’ve ever committed can be completely forgiven and will no longer be held against you? Jesus Himself gave us the signs of His coming and of the end of the age: nation rising against nation, wars and rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes in various places, the persecution of His followers, the sun darkened, the moon not giving its light, and the stars falling from heaven (Matthew 24:3-29). The Bible also warns that in the last days, people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God (2 Timothy 3:1-5). In the midst of all this growing darkness, where do we find real, unshakable hope? In Jesus Christ.
