Staffing Announcement - MEI Instructional Coach
Darlene Dueck has been hired to be MEI’s first K - 12 Instructional Coach. Her responsibilities will include mentoring new teachers as they begin working at MEI’s elementary, middle, and secondary schools. She will work closely with the Head of Schools and the school administration teams in developing the specific applications of the coaching program.
Darlene has worked as a teacher at MEI Middle and Elementary Schools since 2009 and has established the trust of her colleagues as a master teacher who cares deeply for students and is committed to instructional best practice. She has completed her undergraduate work at the University of Manitoba and is currently completing her Master of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus on Instructional Coaching.
